A hammered dulcimer duet version of Edvard Greig's classical masterpiece. Originally arranged for workshop instruction, my love of classical music came through and I decided to record it as well!
You've probably heard the expression "throwing in the towel" when someone wants to quit...or as I learned from some friends you can use the saying "don't throw it in the the crick out back" instead. This single was written for a couple of dear friends, and tells of some of the wonderful lessons they've shared with me over the years. My hope is that this song will encourage you as much as their advice has blessed me.

I originally arranged this energetic hymn to teach at music festivals so multiple instruments could play together. I thought it would be fun to record it playing all the instruments myself so people could get an idea of what was possible with the arrangement.
Written by Ben Townsend this song was a natural fit for the hammered dulcimer and as I practiced, it was a welcome reminder for me to stay faithful to the Lord, even when things aren't easy.
