I'll be teaching, performing, and vending at this festival held the third weekend in July. Known as the largest dulcimer festival out there, they have workshops, vendors, jams, and evening concerts. This three-day event is $10 a day or $20 for a three-day pass, kids 12 and under are free with an adult. (Camping is extra, see their website for details: https://www.evartdulcimerfest.org/) Workshops cover hammered dulcimer, mountain dulcimer, and many other folk instruments for all skill levels. For workshops this year, I'll be teaching hammered dulcimer, beginning guitar, and a fun arrangement of "Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus" for all instruments. This year the Evart funfest is celebrating 50 years of the festival and there's sure to be a lot of great music.
